Our Team
Founder & CEO
Kai Pfiester
With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, Kai brings a vast wealth of knowledge and skill to our team. He has performed hundreds of penetration tests and other security assessments for law firms, engineering firms, colleges and universities, retail businesses, and healthcare organizations. As an offensive security professional, he has a keen eye for identifying vulnerabilities as well as finding creative and effective ways to close security gaps. Kai is also an accomplished speaker and content writer. As a cybersecurity columnist for the New Jersey Law Journal, he writes about important security topics for members of the legal industry. As a speaker, he has presented to the NJ Society of CPAs, NJ Association of Public Accountants, NJHIMMS NJ Chapter, Philadelphia Bar Association, Fox Rothschild Privacy and Security Summit, International Association of Privacy Professionals NJ Chapter, and the Philadelphia Bar Institute. As founder and CEO of Protexity, Kai spearheads the design and implementation of the firm's service offerings, strategic position, and tactical research and development. He is also a member of the NJ chapter of OWASP (Open Worldwide Application Security Project) and ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association)

Connor Peoples
Connor is a proven innovator in Cloud Security, IAM, and graph database solutions. With ten years of development experience and nine years of security experience, he built a cloud security company from the ground to $40MM valuation in less than two years. In this time, he has worked with organizations around the world, providing consultation on security posture for small businesses, Fortune 500 enterprises, and all the sizes in between.

Tigran Terpandjian
Tigran is a seasoned cybersecurity veteran with 13 years of experience in incident response, threat hunting, insider threat and security strategy. He is the founder and principal of Fox Den Strategies, a firm dedicated to advisory and education development for individuals wanting to work in the information security space. He is also one of the three co founders for the Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting (DEATHCon) Conference, a hands on conference dedicated to training the next generation of threat hunters and detection engineers. With extensive experience in threat hunting, building discovery and counter infiltration teams, and formulating and executing on grand strategy for organizations, teams and programs he adds tremendous value to our advisory board. Tigran is also passionate about cultivating asymmetrical advantages and developing practitioners, leaders and teams that think strategically and tactically in the offensive and defensive security spaces. He holds a Master's Degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies: World Politics & Diplomacy from the University of Richmond.

Rey is Principal Cloud Advocate at Microsoft focused on empowering companies and information technologists to take full advantage of transformative technologies. He works to build patterns and practices that streamline the development of solutions that take advantage of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning while ensuring that customer trust and confidence are a top priority, whether through security or responsible use of technology. Since 1989, Rey has explored the world of information technology through the lens of software developer, open source contributor, cybersecurity practitioner, and now, as an advocate for the secure and responsible use of artificial intelligence for social good. Through his broad spectrum of experience in multiple disciplines, his strategic contributions to our growth and development are invaluable.
